We’re with You.
We’re The Care Team — leaders in compassionate hospice care. We go above and beyond to give you the care and attention you need in the place you call home.
WE’RE WITH YOU
If someone you love is facing a life-limiting illness, we’re with you. Our caring and expert staff will help meet your loved one’s medical and personal needs so you can focus on the things that matter most. Our professionals will manage pain and personal care, help your loved one to feel as comfortable as possible and help you understand what to expect and how to adjust to change.
What Is Hospice?
Hospice is an approach to care for people suffering from advanced illness that treats the person rather than the disease, most often at home. The Care Team’s hospice care is a complete and compassionate program of medical care and support that helps patients and families make the most of this time.
“TCT made this time much easier for our mom and family.”
